Terms of Service

By accessing or using NULLO (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

NULLO is a security and privacy scanning tool. It accepts text, URLs, and files as input, analyzes them using an AI engine for exposed secrets, API keys, personally identifiable information (PII), trackers, and insecure configuration, and returns a plain-language report.

The Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. Scan results are advisory only. NULLO does not guarantee that all risks in submitted content will be detected. See the 'No warranty' section below.

You may use NULLO only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Submit content you do not have the right to share or analyze.

Use the Service to scan systems, networks, or data that you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract the underlying AI model or proprietary detection rules.

Use automated means to submit scans at a rate that degrades the Service for other users, beyond the rate limits described in the documentation.

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NULLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate. Security scanning is inherently probabilistic. A clean scan result does not mean submitted content is free from all security or privacy risks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NULLO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) fifty euros (EUR 50).

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

NULLO and its underlying software, AI models, detection rules, visual design, and documentation are the property of NULLO and its operators. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

You retain all rights to the content you submit for scanning. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your scan report. This license terminates when the scan completes and the content is discarded.
